Our long-term shop development vehicle, this 2014 GT3 is being used to develop parts for the 991 GT3 platform in the areas of braking, aerodynamics, suspension and wheels and tires.

Still showroom stock, we’ve already had this car out on track and are documenting the entire process, partnered with Idea Television. Check out our GT3 Development Video Series in our Multimedia section.

 

-Chassis: 2014 Porsche 911 GT3 type 991 w/ Sport Chrono package, fire extinguisher. 

-Drivetrain: Factory 3.8 DFI GT3 flat-six, dry-sump w/ 475hp / 325 ft-lb torque, 9,000rpm redline. PDK-S gearbox with Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus electronic differential.

-Suspension: Factory height-adjustable, PSM adjustable dampers, adjustable sway bars. 

-Brakes: Factory 380mm front and rear with 6-piston front / 4-piston rear calipers, Pagid pads. 

-Wheels: Factory forged gloss black 20×9″ front, 20×12″ rear with 245/35 and 305/30 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup2 tires, respectively.
